Faith Reformed Church

Faith Reformed Church, a fellowship of Christ and his people, seeks to be faithful to the Bible and demonstrate God’s reality to His world. Located in the Redding, California, area, we invite you to worship with us in nearby Anderson. This site explains our emphasis on expository preaching, God-centered worship, Reformed theology, biblical worldview, Presbyterian government, Christian fellowship, and evangelistic witness.

We are a member congregation of a Christian denomination, the Reformed Church in the United States, a reformed denomination which traces its history back to the colonial days of 1725.

The name “Reformed” stands for our roots which go back to the 16th Century Protestant Reformation. We are indebted to Almighty God for causing such men as Luther, Zwingli, Knox, and particularly John Calvin to redirect His Church back to the precious truths of Holy Scripture.

Faith Reformed Church celebrated 40 years of ministry on Easter Sunday, 2004. In July of 2003, Rev. Hank Bowen accepted a call to be the pastor.
